We are a phone-less salon which is why we have made it easy for you to book your appointment with us online and reschedule if you need to.

You’re able to re-schedule (or cancel) online up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Any changes within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% fee.

We understand things come up which means that you can’t attend your appointment, head online to book another appointment and email us to cancel.
